Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia come under the same umbrella of chronic diseases. Chronic fatigue affect the muscles and nerves of the patients body whereas fibromyalgia has the unfortunate symptom of severe pain covering many areas of the body.

What Causes Fibromyalgia
The symptoms of fibromyalgia can vary from extreme fatigue, IBS, headache, hands and feet that tingle, to the chronic widespread pain which is the most common symptom experienced by fibromyalgia sufferers. In addition, there is stress, anxiety and depression, which can be very severe at times.
