The intake of sugar should be reduced, especially sugar that is found in juices and cold drinks. If juice is taken it is better to take fresh juice made at home or that juice should be taken which is sugar free and natural that is without any preservatives.
Coffee or tea should be totally avoided as it will affect the sleep and increase sleep disorder which will aggravate the problem. If you feel that there is utmost need for tea or coffee then you can have it in the morning but never take it in the evening or before going to bed. It is advisable to know about the allergic condition of your body.
If you have food allergy avoid that food. How will you know that you are allergic to which food? Doctors have found that grains, meats, dairy products, nuts and eggs are common allergens. So stop taking these products and see the result. Then introduce these food items one by one in your diet and find out which item is aggravating the problem. This way you will be able to know that you are allergic to which food item.
Change your eating habits. Do not stuff your meal with carbohydrate. It may provide energy but will not provide all the nutrients required by the body. Protein should also be added to the diet. Intake of alcohol should be totally stopped as alcohol affects the nervous system which increases the problem. Moreover alcohol will create sleep disturbance which will again give rise to other problems. Avoid preservatives and artificial sweeteners.
