Fibromyalgia Diet

If you suffering from fibromyalgia or  are you worried about someone, like a friend or family member who is suffering from the symptoms of fibromyalgia? You will find that doctors have not been able to prescribe a single medicine which can give complete relief from all the symptoms of fibromyalgia. They will prescribe different medicines for the different symptoms like body pain, sleep disorder, loss of appetite, stomach pain, allergy etc.

It has been discovered through research and study  that diet habits do play an important role in providing relief from this syndrome.

It is very difficult to make a fixed or standard diet chart which can be adopted by all fibromyalgia patients. But it has been observed that there are certain food elements which have an adverse effect on the body and if those food items are eliminated from the diet the patient can get maximum relief.

The intake of sugar should be reduced, especially sugar that is found in juices and cold drinks. If juice is taken it is better to take fresh juice made at home or that juice should be taken which is sugar free and natural that is without any preservatives.
