Fibromyalgia Diagnosis Test
Before your doctor finalizes your fibromyalgia diagnosis, he or she would subject you to a diagnosis test. The fibromyalgia test would include interviewing you about your medical history and a detailed description of the pain you feel.
It will also be very useful to monitor your pain and aches history as pain lasting for more than three months can be a significant factor in determining you have fibromyalgia. You will also be tested for tender points.
Your doctor will need to put pressure on certain parts of your body and if you have tested 11 positive tender points out of 18, then you can be concluded to have the condition. Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, you can be given a list of possible treatments and cures.

Fibromyalgia, is not necessarily categorized as a disease – however, as there is the presence of pain which spreads across the joints, the muscles and the connective tissues.
The common signs and symptoms of this condition is characterized by the pain one will feel which will start and concentrate in a small area, usually at the back area which will then spread out and become more painful and will probably last for an extended period of time.
Other connected symptoms for fibromyalgia are constant sleeping problems, dysfunctional bowel movements, and other myofascial pain and in some cases, psychiatric conditions also occur such as anxiety and depression.
