Fibromyalgia is a condition linked with chronic pain, and in certain instances, it can get severe. As such, knowing what an afflicted person may tolerate and what may be done about it can make things less taxing for the sufferer and those coming to his aid. Toxic factors from the environment, accumulated stress, and poor nutrition may worsen the condition of a person with fibromyalgia.

What is fibromyalgia? Fibromyalgia is a syndrome. What is a syndrome? Syndrome means when a person suffers from many types of symptoms at the same time.
